Vrka provides a range of services including but not limited to, enabling you to publish, sell, comment on, promote, and purchase art related products; interact with other members; and receive the benefits of Vrka's product production service including payment processing, transaction handling, product manufacturing, packaging, order fulfilment, and customer service.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns and only exchanges will be applicable on the orders which are placed during sale.
We don’t provide return or refund on Leather items but only exchange. The exchange shall be initiated within 3 days from the date of return pick-up.
For garments refund will be generated only if it is found to be defected or you can exchange if it does not fit according to the size. The Refund procedure will take 7-9 days.
If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will have to pay differential amount if any. Likewise, if the differential amount is less, we will refund you this amount. We do not accept exchange request on international order.
You should be aware that You are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession. This means including all of the product(s) instructions, documents, and wrappings when returning the product(s) and returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. Failure to exercise such reasonable care may, depending on the circumstances, give rise to a right of action against You for breach of statutory duty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SHIPPING POLICY

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Allows you to return its item (s) only garments within a period of 10 days. Kindly be advised thatthe item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. Leather items cannot be returned or refunded but only exchanged.
6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In case of out-of-stock, Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching

COUPONS AND VOUCHERS
It is at Vrka’s discretion to send out promotional coupons and gift vouchers. Users can be disqualified under the terms for sending out Coupons and Vouchers.
Coupons and Gift Vouchers will be disabled in the event of Sale promotions or End of Season sales. However, any coupons available to users can be used post the Sale promotion and the End of Season Sale gets over.
Any use of Coupon and Vouchers are governed by Vrka and can be withdrawn at any time.

CANCELATION POLICY
You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
